NewAward-to-Cash beta for design partners, Q1 2027 →

Agents that do the govcon paperwork. You decide and you send.

Each govconagents.ai agent does one job inside your Microsoft Teams and Outlook. It reads public data and your inbox, checks your rules, drafts the work and hands it to your team to approve, send and submit. Our DIBBS Agent is live today, eight more follow through 2027, and you give each one your own name.

Built by ALINEDS LLC in Round Rock, Texas, and proven first on a working DLA supplier's daily bids.

Built for government contractors

From opportunity to award — faster

Start with one agent or a suite. Every agent runs in the same private environment, so they share your rules, records and dashboard, and hand work to each other.

The agents

One agent for each job that piles up in your inbox

Start with one agent or a suite. Every agent runs in the same private environment, so they share your rules, records and dashboard, and hand work to each other.

Dates are planned releases. Only the DIBBS Agent is available today; design partners get early access to each new agent. Each agent has its own page, such as govconagents.ai/dibbs.

How every agent works

Public data in. Finished drafts out. You stay in control.

Every agent runs inside your own private environment, through the same layers of rules and checks, and delivers its work into your Microsoft 365 for your team to approve.

The loop

The same loop, the same guardrails, every job

Data tools find information. Our agents do the work after that, in the order your team would, and stop where a person has to decide.

01

Reads

Public government data through official sources, and the emails and documents that land in the shared mailbox you choose.

02

Checks

Your rules, approved sources, eligibility and deadlines, and explains every keep or reject.

03

Drafts

RFQs, quotes, invoice packets, renewals and responses, with your signature, in your mailbox and Teams.

04

You decide

Your team reviews, sends and submits. No agent logs in to a government system or submits anything.

Drafts only

Every email, quote and form waits in your shared mailbox or Teams until someone on your team reviews and sends it.

No government logins

We never hold your DIBBS, SAM.gov, PIEE, eBuy or CPARS credentials and never submit, sign or certify for you.

Your Microsoft 365

The Teams app and mailbox access are created in your own tenant and limited to one shared mailbox. You can revoke them any time.

Your rules

FSCs, NAICS, set-asides, floors and preferred suppliers live in settings you approve. Any change to how an agent works is proposed in Teams and applied only after you say yes.

Compares quotes with award history and your markup band, then sets out a recommended price with its reasons.

06You

Security and trust

Designed to stay out of CUI and out of your government accounts

Read the security details →

No CUI by design

Agents use public government data and the documents you send them. They never download drawings or controlled attachments. Files marked Distribution B–F, CUI or ITAR/EAR are refused and flagged to you.

One environment per customer

Your agents, database, files and backups run on their own server. No other customer's agent can see your suppliers, prices or contracts.

Customer-owned Microsoft apps

The Teams bot and mailbox app sit in your tenant, scoped to one shared mailbox. Commercial and GCC tenants are supported; GCC High is not yet.

AI under business terms

The AI model runs on a business API that does not train on your data. US-only processing on the Managed option.

Every action logged

Each draft, status change and tool call is recorded with its reason and visible in your dashboard. Every rep, price and invoice goes to a named approver.

Safeguards and audits

Built to the 15 basic safeguards in FAR 52.204-21. SOC 2 Type I is planned for 2027; we will publish the report date here.

Getting started

Live in five working days

Day 1

Kickoff

We go through your rules for each agent and your approvers. Your admin runs our Microsoft 365 setup script.

Day 2

Set up

Your suppliers, awards or registrations are loaded, you name your agents, and approvers add the Teams app.

Days 3–5

First runs

The agents work live. Your team reviews every draft and we tune the rules.

Next 2 weeks

Review, then go live

Weekly review calls until you are happy, then normal daily use. Adding an agent later takes about two working days.

Questions

What contractors ask us

Who sends the emails and submits the work?

Your team does. Agents write drafts in your shared mailbox and Teams; someone reviews each one, presses send and submits in the government system with their own login.

Does any agent log in to DIBBS, SAM.gov, WAWF or eBuy?

No. Agents read public data through official sources and work from emails in your mailbox. We never hold your government logins, and no agent submits, signs or certifies anything.

What can the agents see in our Microsoft 365?

Only the one shared mailbox you choose, through an app in your own tenant with access limited to that mailbox, and the Teams chats where people mention an agent.

Can we start with one agent and add more later?

Yes. Every agent runs in the same private environment, shares your rules and records, and shows up in the same dashboard. Adding one takes about two working days at half its usual onboarding fee.

Which agents are available now?

The DIBBS Agent is live. Award-to-Cash and the Compliance Calendar follow in Q1 2027, the reseller agents in Q2 2027 and the capture agents in the second half of 2027. Design partners get each one early.

Can we name our agents?

Yes. Each agent is a product, such as the DIBBS Agent; in your company you choose its name, email signature and icon at onboarding, and can change them later. Our first customer named their DIBBS Agent Brenda.

Is this AI? Will suppliers and agencies know?

Yes. These are AI agents and we say so: every agent's email signature labels it as an AI assistant, whatever name you give it. Everything goes out from your mailbox or your government account after your team has reviewed it.

What happens if we cancel?

Cancel from your billing page at any time. We send you an export of your database and files, then delete your environment and backups.
