How it works

Step by step, the way your team would

Each step is logged with its reason in your dashboard, and nothing leaves your mailbox until a person approves it.

  1. Collect

SAM.gov opportunities through our official system account, DIBBS screening, and the eBuy and SEWP notices you forward to your shared mailbox.

  2. Filter

Your NAICS, PSC and FSC codes, set-asides, agencies, value range, place of performance and deadlines. Amendments are merged into the original notice.

  3. Abstract

Due date, set-aside, evaluation basis, submission method, CLIN summary and the likely incumbent from public award data.

  4. Score

Fit against your capabilities and past wins, written up as a bid/no-bid scorecard with the reasons.

  5. Draft quick replies

Sources-sought and RFI responses from your capability statement, ready for review.

  6. Deliver

A morning digest in Teams and Outlook, and a full list in your dashboard.

Questions

About Opportunity Triage

Does it log in to SAM.gov or eBuy?

No. SAM.gov data comes through official APIs under our own system account. eBuy and SEWP notices reach it only through emails you forward to your shared mailbox.

How is it different from a search tool?

Search tools wait for you to log in. Triage comes to you each morning, reads the notices and drafts the decision.

Does it ever log in to a government system?

No. No govconagents.ai agent holds your government logins, logs in, submits, signs or certifies. Your team does that with its own accounts.

Where does it run?

In your own private environment in a US region, inside your Microsoft 365 for email and Teams. Nothing is shared with other customers.
